Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms are between you (the business owner or authorized representative) and PrimeAgent, LLC (“Tablepeak”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Tablepeak helps you respond to online reviews. It drafts replies with AI, sends them to you for approval, posts approved replies to Google Business Profile through Google's API, and gives you copy-ready replies for sites where we can't post, such as Yelp and TripAdvisor. We don't respond to Google messages or Q&A.

Your authorization and consent

You confirm you're authorized to manage the business profiles you connect. By approving a reply, you authorize us to post it on your behalf. If you turn on auto-posting, you authorize us to post replies to low-risk 4–5★ Google reviews without asking first, until you turn it off. We keep a record of these approvals and settings.

AI-generated content

Replies are drafted by AI and may contain mistakes. You're responsible for reviewing what you approve and for replies posted under your business name, including auto-posted ones. Our safety rules (for example, never offering refunds or admitting fault, and holding serious reviews for you) reduce risk but don't guarantee any outcome, and they aren't legal advice. Don't rely on Tablepeak for legal, health-department or insurance matters.

Third-party platforms

Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor and other platforms have their own terms and can change or limit features at any time. You agree to follow those platforms' rules, including review and reply policies. We're not responsible for platform outages, removals or policy changes.

Text messages

If you opt in to texts, you agree to receive recurring automated messages about your reviews at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Free trial, billing and cancellation

New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial, and checkout is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. You won't be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically and your card is charged $29 per location per month (for the number of locations you choose at checkout), billed monthly in advance, plus applicable taxes, until you cancel. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged. No setup fee and no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@tablepeak.com or use the “Manage billing” link in your welcome email, which opens Stripe's secure customer portal [Nic: turn on the Stripe customer portal and add a restricted Stripe key to the app before publishing this sentence]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't give refunds for partial months [Nic/attorney: confirm refund policy]. Promotional codes apply only as stated in the offer. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

Acceptable use

Don't use Tablepeak to post false, defamatory, harassing or discriminatory content, to solicit or incentivize reviews in violation of platform rules, to reveal reviewers' personal information, or to break any law.

Your content and data

You own your business content. You grant us a license to use it only to provide the service. Our handling of personal and Google data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, TABLEPEAK WON'T BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. [Attorney review.]

Termination

You can stop using the service anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California. [Attorney review: venue and dispute resolution.]
