Questions, answered

Which review sites do you support?

Google, Yelp and TripAdvisor. On Google we post the reply for you once you approve it. Yelp and TripAdvisor don't allow apps like ours to post on your behalf, so we give you the finished reply with a one-tap copy button and a link straight to the review. Facebook is coming soon.

Does anything get posted without my OK?

Not by default. Every reply waits for your approval. If you want, you can turn on auto-posting for low-risk 4–5★ Google reviews only; serious or negative reviews always wait for you. You can turn it off anytime.

How do I approve replies?

Each new review comes with a link to approve, edit or skip, by email, by text, or both. You can also reply to the text: YES to post, NO to skip, or type your own reply. Reply STOP to stop texts.

What happens with a health complaint or a legal threat?

We hold it, don't post anything, and alert you right away by text and email with a careful draft you can use or change. Discrimination complaints and staff-misconduct reports are handled the same way.

Will it offer refunds or free food to unhappy guests?

No. Public replies never offer refunds, discounts, comps or free items, and never admit fault. Instead they apologize for the guest's experience and invite them to call or come in and ask for the manager, so you decide in person.

Will the replies sound like a robot?

Each reply mentions something specific the guest said, in the tone you pick (warm, upbeat, formal or playful) plus your own notes. You can change the tone anytime, and you can always edit a draft before it posts.

Is it only for restaurants?

We built it restaurant-first because that's where our founder spent 20 years, but it works for any local business with reviews on Google, Yelp or TripAdvisor.

Do you answer Google messages or Q&A?

No. We handle review replies only.

Do the replies say they're written by AI?

Replies are drafted by AI and approved by you, and they post under your business name like any owner reply. Our terms explain this, and you're always free to edit.

What does it cost?

$29 per location per month after a 14-day free trial. No setup fee, no contract, cancel anytime.

Do I need a card for the free trial?

Yes. We ask for a card when you start, but you won't be charged during the 14-day trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. After that it's $29 per location per month. You choose the number of locations at checkout.

What do you do with my data?

We use your Google review data only to draft and post your replies. We keep review text for no more than 30 days, and if you disconnect we delete your data within 7 business days. See our Privacy Policy.
